THE ART OF LIVING SMALL by Nancy Guth, Sarasota, FL As a professional event, portrait, and fine art photographer my world was put on pause while navigating the pandemic. Creating each unique art in the miniature was a way to lighten and bring happiness into my insulated world during a long fight with Covid. Miniature figures are placed amongst an environment with a nod towards my passion for travel, the beach, vintage cameras, and the whimsical. Some pieces are created using layer upon layer of paint infused liquid resin. A process that takes many days.
