My works are often the reflection of four thousand years of art history. I am driven by our current media saturation and our unconscious impact on our daily lives. My home in Florida affords me an outdoor studio and lets the art works evolve with the environments adding a patina to many of my paintings. Art is archeology in many ways....we constantly are assembling fragments of our past in order to understand ourselves better.
